A thematic workshop is conducted every year with each batch in their home states. The Foundation team first understands the objective and intent of a particular workshop and creates a module around it. As a practice, pre-workshops are conducted to understand the issues at hand. These workshops are also a very powerful way of keeping children connected to their families and their homes. The team usually facilitates these workshops.
