Bindu Duraikannu's home is in Mayabunder, in the North Andamans. After finishing her class 12th at Rishi Valley School, Bindu moved to Mumbai to complete her Bachelor of Management Studies from St, Xavier’s College. Her love for the islands and her inclination towards environmental conservation makes her training in sustainable tourism a natural choice.

Jinu George belongs to Betapur. A small village in the Middle Andamans. Finishing his 10th grade at Rishi Valley School, Jinu moved to Mumbai to study at H.R.College of Commerce. He is currently doing Business Administration at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune. A deeply compassionate person, Jinu wishes to go back to the islands to work in the field of renewable energy.

Rukhsar Rasheed's family hails from Rangat in the Middle Andamans. After completing her I.C.S.E. from Rishi Valley School, she studied Arts at Sophia College, Mumbai. She graduated with a Bachelor of Management Studies from R.D. National College, Mumbai. She aims to work in hospitality, a sunrise industry in the Andaman islands.

Pratima Kumari is from Port Blair in the South Andamans. She studied at Rishi Valley school and later at Sophia College. She is currently doing a double degree in English and Tourism. She is alongside, working in a travel and tourism company back home in the islands to support her family.

Matrena Martin's family originates from a small village in the Car Nicobar Islands. After studying at Rishi Valley School and Sophia College, today she is pursuing Art and Design from Srishti College in Bangalore. Compassionate and talented, Matrena sees herself creating a sustainable design module to bring tribal Nicobarese art into mainland India and vice versa.
