Once a year all the batches under the REACH scholarship will come together and through a two day cross interaction program. The ACCI creates a platform for the kids to know about each other and learn about each other's regions. The older children feel a sense of responsibility and the younger ones learn about their inspiring journeys. This also throws up conversations about religion, region, gender and conflict. A buddy program is created at the end of this workshop to build a deeper relationship between the children from different batches of the REACH program.
